Space Frame Installation Method

(1) The space frame structure of the dry coal shed in this thermal power plant is a bolted ball joint space frame with a three-core arch cylinder shell on the ground. The space frame shell has a large span and a large vertical height, which makes the installation difficult;

 

(2) Combined with the characteristics of this project, the installation method of the space frame is planned to adopt the installation method of zoning and pulling rods to lift, slicing in place, and the whole butt joint after slicing in place. The advantages of this installation method: the vertical force reticulated shell of the pull rod is installed with reasonable force, and the construction is safe and reliable; the disadvantages: the ability to resist strong wind during installation is poor, and the construction cannot be carried out when the wind is above grade 4 due to weather factors.
