Gymnasium Roof Project Overview
Tianjin Donggu Primary school gymnasium with a total construction area of 12594 square meters, seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees, the design of the basic earthquake acceleration of 0.2 g, the design of the earthquake group for the second group, site category IV class, the characteristic period of 0.75s. Dong-gu Primary School gymnasium covers an area of 31.4m x 21.4m=714.76 square meters.
The stadium space frame covers a rectangular area of 21.4MX 33.4m. The perimeter of the space frame is supported on a number of concrete columns with a distance of 8.4m between longitudinal columns and 7.2m between transverse columns. According to 3.2.1 of “Technical Specification for Spatial Space Frame Structure” JGJ7-2010, when the side length ratio (that is, the ratio of the long side to the short side) is greater than 1.5, it is appropriate to choose the bidirectional orthogonal normal network frame, normal quad-cone network frame or normal evacuated quad-cone network frame 14J, taking various factors into consideration. It adopts the right quadonal cone chord support space frame, with up-chord support, and the basic grid size is 2.8MX 2.4m. The steel pipes of the truss roof structure are all Q235B.
The chord-supported space frame structure system of the stadium roof can meet the requirements of building function better by using the upper chord support to increase the clearance. At the same time, the out-of-plane stability of the stay rod can be better guaranteed by adopting the out-of-plane tensile tendon of the stay rod as a structural measure. The string-supported space frame structure system can make the force of the member uniform and control the deflection of the structure effectively, so as to meet the requirements of use.
