The roof space frame structure of the comprehensive main workshop in the thermal power plant adopts the form of bolt-ball joints, a four-angle cone system, and multi-point support in the lower chord layer. It consists of three parts, namely, the flue gas purification room, the incineration room, and the fly ash room.

The “hydraulic synchronous sliding process” is used for the construction of the space frame of the flue gas purification room and incineration room, among which: The space frame of the flue gas purification room is located at the E ~ R axis ×1-8 line of the structure, the plane size is 71.685×50.546m, the center elevation of the lower chord is +41.100m, the height of the space frame at the support is 2400mm, and the maximum height of the middle span is 3700mm. The steel space frame in the incineration room is located on the B ~ R axis ×8-17 line of the structure, the plane size is 91.435× 45.230m, the center elevation of the lower chord is +52.600m, the height of the space frame at the support is 3000mm, and the maximum height of the middle span is 4300mm.

The total weight of the space frame within the slip range is about 280T, and the slip weight of the flue gas purification room and incineration room is 100t and 180t respectively. The slip distances are 70.185m and 89.435m respectively.
