Prestressed pipe truss structure coal warehouse shed

The coal warehouse shed adopts a large-span tension string prestressed pipe truss structure. The truss form is a space triangular circular pipe truss, with a length of 298 meters and a maximum span of 145 meters. The total closed coal storage yard building area is 31,780 square meters. The total weight of the structure is 2100 tons.

The foundation adopts the independent foundation of a natural foundation and partly assumes the foundation of artificial digging piles according to the exploration situation. Auxiliary structures include an electrical lighting system, lightning protection grounding, spray dust suppression system, fire alarm system, fire water, fire monitor system, strip ventilator, ventilation louver, etc.

 The pipe trusses of the coal warehouse project are all completed; the installation of the roof panels of No. 1 and 2 coal yards is 90% completed; the roof panels of No. 3 coal yards are ready to be carried out.
