This glass dome building project is the lighting roof of the outpatient building roof of the hospital. The building area of the lighting roof is about 960 square meters, the space size is 20*48m, and the building elevation is 25.15m. The planned construction period is 60 days, the safety level of the building structure is grade II, and the design service life is 50 years.

The glass atrium roof of the podium roof is designed as an arc structure. 20m span steel frame (GJ-1) uses 400*200*12mm rectangular pipe welding, main keel steel beam (GL1) uses 150*100*4mm rectangular pipe welding between the steel frame members, secondary keel steel beam (GL2) uses 80*40*4mm rectangular pipe welding between the main keel steel beam members, of which the steel frame material is Q345B, The primary and secondary keel materials are Q235B, using finished rectangular tubes; Butt weld quality requirements are not lower than two, beam-column splicing weld quality is one; All exposed indoor and outdoor components should be coated with anti-rust paint; The lighting roof is 8low-E +12A+ 1.52pVB +8mm hollow tempered laminated glass.

Glass dome building roof construction measures

1, safety protection network laying points

The safety net (safety net size 5M*20M) is fully spread under the steel structure glass atrium roof, and the gap of the safety net shall be no more than 50mm*50mm; A wooden springboard is laid above the steel structure to install the glass panel. The wooden springboard must be 4000mm x 500mm x 50mm. Iron wires tie the wooden springboard with the steel structure to ensure that the wooden springboard is fixed securely.

2, hanging basket layout points

The hanging basket is fixed on the steel frame for welding between the steel frame and the main keel. The main bar of the hanging basket is welded with 40*40*4mm Angle iron, with a size of 0.8*0.6*1.2m. The bottom plate is fully covered with templates and equipped with fire extinguishers. The basket hook and the steel frame are fixed with iron wire. The harness was suspended from the nearest main keel while the worker welded.

3, scaffolding requirements

To ensure the smooth connection between the steel column and steel frame (GJ-1), a scaffolding operation platform is set up beside each steel column on site. After the steel frame is hoisted in place, the workers shall connect the steel column and the steel frame (GJ-1) firmly with bolts on the operating platform. After the position of the steel column is approved, the steel column and the bottom plate of the steel column shall be firmly connected in time.
