1 Introduction

The industry is the second industry in China and has made great contributions to China’s economic development. The development of industry has brought the rise of other industries. The more important the industrial products produced, the higher the quality requirements of industrial buildings. In this context, light steel appears in the field of industrial construction. Light steel, as the name suggests, is an industrial building structure built of light-thin steel. Compared with ordinary steel, light steel is the advantage of being lightweight, easy construct, has good shock resistance, high wind resistance, long durability, strong insulation, high sound insulation, and energy-saving and environmental protection. However, there are certain disadvantages of light steel, that is, it is easy to deform, has a low bearing capacity, and is a slightly expensive cost. Therefore, light steel enters the third development stage, that is, in the wall filled with other materials, to make up for its shortcomings, and then the scope of application is wider and wider.

2 Analysis of the development of light steel

3 Analysis of the Optimization of the Application Performance of Light Steel in the field of industrial construction

3.1 Progress of sound insulation performance

The industrial production process will inevitably produce a variety of noise, and have a great impact on the surrounding residents or staff, so how to reduce noise pollution has become an industrial building must face the problem. Based on this, the application of light steel in industrial construction can solve the noise problem well. However, a single light steel sound insulation effect is not good, but because of the “eardrum” effect, resulting in greater noise decibels. To better verify the sound insulation effect of light steel, a sound insulation test was conducted, and the results were shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the combined sound insulation effect of light steel + glass wool can reach up to 60dB, which is far better than that of traditional steel structure and single light steel structures.

3.2 Progress of thermal insulation performance

Some industrial products have extremely high requirements for temperature in the production process and need to keep the indoor temperature within a certain constant temperature range. Therefore, the summer temperature in the industrial plant cannot be too high, and the winter temperature cannot be too low. In order to achieve the purpose of constant temperature, industrial plant construction, often use light steel instead of traditional steel structure. There are two main ways to realize the thermal insulation of traditional industrial buildings, that is, the external insulation of the external wall and the internal insulation of the external wall. The former will install another layer of thermal insulation on the outer layer of the wall. This method has good thermal insulation effect, low cost, and can basically eliminate the influence of the hot (cold) bridge of the wall. However, due to the outdoor, erosion by the outside environment, weather resistance and durability are low; The latter is to add an insulation layer inside the external wall structure of industrial buildings. The advantage is that the service life is longer, the construction is simple, and the cost is relatively low. The disadvantage is that the thermal insulation effect is relatively poor, and the internal insulation layer will occupy a certain internal space. In addition, the inner surface of the external wall of the thermal bridge is easy to produce dew, moisture and even mildew. Based on the above analysis, the use of light steel is a good solution to the two ways of defects. Add heat preservation and insulation materials on the internal hollow structure, so as to realize winter warmth: indoor temperature is more than 10 degrees higher than outdoor, wall insulation, heat is not easy to transfer to the outside; Summer cool: wall insulation, outdoor temperature is not easy to indoor transmission. 3.3 Progress of Seismic Progression

For a building, no matter what function, the first thing to do is to ensure safety performance. In some areas of my country, there are many seismic areas. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property, build buildings must achieve a certain seismic resistance. The quality of the traditional steel structure construction is large, so the greater the corresponding anti-earthquake effect and the industrial building built by the light steel structure is relatively light. In addition, the production materials of light steel are cold bending Thin -wall steel, which has the advantages of uniform material, high strength, good ductility, etc., so that under the same load, light steel can carry a larger seismic level, so that in the severe shaking sex.

3.4 Progress of durability

Under normal circumstances, the service life of a building must be at least 50 years. The steel structure in the building is its basic framework, so the steel structure is required to have good durability. In the process of some production of industrial products, some corrosive substances will be generated. Therefore, the steel structure has certain corrosion resistance. The traditional steel structure does not have this characteristic due to the characteristics of its production process, and the light steel structure is composed of cold-bent and thin wall steel components. The corrosion of the structure during the construction process and during use, so that the use time of the steel structure can reach about 100 years, so the durability of the structure is optimized.

3.5 Progress of environmental protection and energy-saving performance

Today, the shortage of energy resources has become a worldwide issue, so countries are trying to carry out energy conservation and environmental protection, and my country is no exception. According to statistics, the energy consumption generated by the building is very huge. To this end, green buildings have become new development standards and development directions for the construction industry. Steel structure is an important part of building construction, so it is also an important aspect of the research of green buildings. Applying light steel to industrial buildings is an important way to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection.

3.6 Construction convenience progress

In the past, the steel used in industrial construction was heavy steel, which requires a large number of human resources to carry and assemble, and sometimes even bring safety risks to workers. In terms of space costs, it is difficult to meet the standards of industrial construction, but the appearance and use of light steel solves the above problems well. The quality of light steel is lighter, and the construction method is used to build a dry construction method. It is also faster. To this end, the application of light steel structure in the field of industrial construction has enabled construction convenience performance to be optimized and improved.
