Lifting of stadium truss roof steel structure

Gabon blercher roofThe gymnasium roof of this project is mainly composed of four parts: west grandstand tube truss steel canopy + east grandstand steel roof + lighthouse + mast membrane structure cable canopy. The tube truss structure is mainly composed of eight trusses radial plane truss, an annular truss rod, and a braced folding plate.

Section of the pipe truss structure of the stadium: The radial trusses HJ1, HJ2, HJ3, and HJ4 are made of spare parts in the factory and delivered out of the factory. They are assembled into integrated trusses on-site and then hoisted with the cable at high altitudes. The ring trusses are natural segments bounded by the radial trusses HJ1, 2, 3, and 4, and the rest of the truss members are installed in pieces.

There are four types of masts, namely WG1,2, 3, and 4. Four-point lifting method is adopted for lifting masts, and two 150T crawler cranes are set with a hand hoist.

The gym has four main trusses, namely HJ1, HJ2, and HJ3. The weight of HJ4 is:

The general order of hoisting of main truss HJ, mast WG and cable LS:

According to the structural characteristics of the project and the segmentation of the main steel members, combined with the construction requirements and the actual site, the overall installation sequence of lifting is set as follows:

Step 1: Spot welding HJ4 of stadium truss section (select appropriate assembling position and ensure hoisting in place). A 50-ton truck crane enters.

Step 2: Weld the whole mast WG1 on-site (select the appropriate assembling position and ensure the hoisting is in place).

Step 3: Assemble cable LS(select appropriate assembling position and ensure hoisting in place)

Step 4: According to the size requirements, connect the top of the WG1 mast and cable with a pin shaft and then lift it in place with a 150 tons crawler crane. The lower ends of the two pieces are fitted separately with pins. WG2, 3, and 4 must be lifted in the same way, and WG1, 2, 3, and 4 must be connected with the connecting cable steel rod and cable respectively by the pin shaft to form a rigid whole.

Step 5: In the crane standing mast WG1, 2, 3, and 4, the cable required by HJ1, 2, 3, and 4 should also be installed and brought up (otherwise it is quite difficult to manually or mechanically get up to mast 72.828 meters).

Step 6: the 50-ton car crane exits, and two 150-ton crawler cranes enter the site. After lifting HJ1, 2, 3, and 4 in place respectively, connect the other end of the cable that has been installed (installed at one end of the mast) with the pin shaft. And so on.

Step 7: Complete hoisting of all types of round pipe rods and cables according to the drawings.

Step 8: The above procedures must be carefully constructed during lifting, and problems should be solved on the spot before lifting the next procedure
