How to install the space frame steel structure reasonably

The steel structure space frame is a spatial structure formed by connecting multiple rods through nodes in a certain grid form.   1. During installation, the setting of temporary pivots should be taken seriously. Before installation, the fulcrum and fulcrum elevation can be arranged. The temporary fulcrum must make the space frame support uniform force and the rods are uniformly stressed, but also pay attention to the stability of the temporary fulcrum’s foundation (scaffolding) and prevent the fulcrum from sinking.
  2. The support of the temporary fulcrum should preferably be a jack, which can be adjusted gradually during the installation process. Note that the adjustment of the temporary fulcrum should not be the adjustment of a certain point, but also consider the uniform force of the surrounding space frame. Sometimes this local adjustment will deform and bend individual rods. 3. When disassembling temporary fulcrums, it should be noted that several groups of fulcrums should be lowered synchronously. During the descending process, the descending range should not be too large. It should be gradually divided into stages and proportionally descended, or use equal steps not greater than 100mm to descend.
  3. Attention should be paid to the force of the support. Some supports are allowed to be welded, some should be free ends, some need to be limited, etc., so the construction of the space frame support should strictly follow the design requirements get on.
