Closed Barrel Large Steel Storage Sheds in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Coal Bunker Design

1、Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Plant has two barrel steel storage sheds with a length of about 300m, of which the 1# coal bunker has a 100m long dry coal shed, the 2# coal yard is an open-pit coal yard without dry coal shed, 1#, 2# The coal bunker is equipped with bucket turbines, and the designed coal storage capacity is about 310,000 tons.

2、The coal steel storage sheds closure plan to be adopted in this project is “closed dry coal shed + wind and dust suppression nets at both ends”.

3、Considering the requirements of environmental protection and fire protection, it is proposed to set up a lump of dry coal shed along the entire length of the barrel coal bunker, and set up wind and dust suppression nets with a height of about 18m at both ends. The 1# coal yard is going to extend the original dry coal shed space frame structure to the east and west sides, and wind and dust suppression nets are set at both ends. The span of the grid shell is 103m. The actual measurement is determined), the shape must be consistent with the original dry coal shed; the length of the 2# coal yard is 310 meters, and the wind and dust suppression nets are set at both ends.

4、The main body of the barrel-shaped closed large coal steel storage sheds adopts a space frame structure, with steel trusses or steel beam-column systems at both ends. The foundation and steel structure is designed according to the fully enclosed structure, and 18-meter high wind and dust suppression nets are installed at both ends of the project. The coal storage shed network is set up with a long ventilation louver air inlet belt, and a long high gas building structure air outlet belt is set on the top (the original dry coal shed needs to be structurally accounted for). The roof and walls are laid with color steel plates, and lighting belts are set.

5、A new closed frame structure is added to the tail car of the bucket wheel at the coal entry end of the coal large steel storage sheds. The structure is located in the tail car area of ​​the bucket wheel. It is arranged from the space frame at both ends to the outer wall of the transfer station. The steel frame-closed structure is adopted, and the highest end of the structure is located at the tail of the bucket wheel. The lowest end is located at the connection of the transfer station, the width is about 10m, the height is about 30m, and the length of each coal steel storage shed is about 48m.
